You deserve pleasure, balance, and connection, and your libido deserves main character energy! Let’s bring the spark back, inside and outside the bedroom, with more energy, confidence, and ease.

At Mystic Valley Sexual Wellness, we provide compassionate, expert care so you feel heard, validated, and empowered. We specialize in diagnosing and treating complex women’s health conditions that are often overlooked, including concerns related to sexual pain, low libido, hormonal shifts, and chronic symptoms. As a subspecialty practice supporting internal medicine, endocrinology, and gynecology, our work is rooted in advanced training and clinical expertise.

We understand that pain, discomfort, and changes in desire are rarely caused by a single issue. They often reflect an interplay of hormones, nervous system health, stress, metabolic factors, and overall well-being. That is why we take a comprehensive, whole-body approach, connecting the dots to create a personalized plan that supports lasting relief and restoration.

MEET MAGEN

MEET MAGEN

Throughout my career as a primary care provider, I’ve seen countless women navigating sexual health challenges, especially during perimenopause and menopause, without clear answers. That experience showed me just how significant the gap in care really is, and why this work matters.

I pursued advanced training, becoming AASECT-certified and MSCP-credentialed, and specializing in Sensate Focus, a proven approach that remains underutilized in clinical care. As an active member of AASECT, ISSWSH, and The Menopause Society, I bring a dual approach that combines medical expertise in sexual medicine with specialized sex therapy training. This allows me to address the full picture, including hormones, stress, energy, and confidence, and how they shape your overall well-being. I also offer speaking and training opportunities, including Continuing Medical Education talks and clinic workshops on sexual wellness and hormone therapy.

When I’m not in the practice, I’m usually with my two kids or spending time with my husband, my biggest support system. I’m also a bit of a hobby enthusiast. You’ll find me in the garden experimenting with new plants, in the kitchen cooking and baking gluten-free recipes, or getting up early before the day begins.

I can’t wait to get to know you and support you in feeling your best. It’s time to prioritize you!

MEET RITA

MEET RITA

As a doctoral-prepared Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in women’s health and reproductive endocrinology, I am dedicated to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care that supports women through every stage of life. My clinical interests include perimenopause, menopause, hormone replacement therapy, endometriosis, polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome, insulin resistance, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, metabolic health and the long-term health implications associated with a history of gestational diabetes and future cardiometabolic outcomes. I am particularly interested in identifying educational and clinical gaps within healthcare and exploring ways to strengthen clinician and nursing knowledge to improve patient outcomes. I value thoughtful, patient-centered care and believe that advancing clinical education is essential to support both providers and the patients they serve.

My goal is to help women feel informed, supported, and confident in their health journey so they can feel like themselves again and truly thrive. I strive to help patients build sustainable habits, improve their overall well-being, and remain active and engaged in the lives they want to live.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, gardening, and beach days. I also love a great cup of coffee, cooking healthy meals, and finding opportunities to recharge outdoors.
